PE is mostly Anglian Water, but the northern part of Cambridge Water's supply area, around Ramsey, Warboys and St Ives, falls inside PE. Cambridge Water's boundary follows civil parishes, not postcodes. Both have a ban in force, but the dates differ. Confirm your supplier on your water bill.
