EX spans both sides of South West Water's ban boundary. The ban covers Tiverton (EX16), Cullompton, Bampton, Honiton, South Molton, Dunkeswell and Axminster. It does NOT cover Exeter (EX1 to EX6), and Crediton is not currently included. An EX postcode alone cannot tell you which side you are on: check South West Water's affected-area list.
