We are an unofficial tracker, so South West Water’s own notice is the version that legally applies to you.

South West Water's ban now covers its ENTIRE supply area, in force from 00:01 on 8 August 2026: all of Devon and Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly, and parts of Dorset and Somerset. The EX area used to straddle its boundary, when the ban covered named Mid and East Devon areas only and Exeter was outside it. That boundary is gone: every EX postcode in the supply area is now covered.
