How this works

  1. You give us an email address and an area.
  2. We send one email asking you to confirm. Until you click it, we send nothing else.
  3. Once confirmed you get a welcome message with your area’s current status, then nothing until it actually changes.
  4. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. No login, no questions.

What we do with your data

We store your email address, the area you asked about, and a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention. We never store a full postcode: only the outward code, which identifies an area rather than a household.

We do not sell or share your address, and we use it for nothing except the alerts you asked for. Unsubscribing removes you immediately.
